Ask for anything in my name
(Jn.16:24)
Introduction: As long as we enjoy the secret of prayer, nobody can beat us and it does not matter what sorts of problems come to us. Prayer is the best blessing of blessings and the best gift of gifts. Jesus Christ taught how to pray from the beginning to the end(Mt.6, 26). Most of believers must pray and they know that there are the answers in prayers but it is difficult for them to pray in reality. If we lose the secret of prayer, it is hard to keep their walk of faith by themselves. We must restore prayers to enjoy the blessings for Gods children.
1.Every religion has a certain type of prayer
(1)Vigorous Prayers religious people have
1)Muslim 2)S.G.I 3)Shaman 4)Buddhism 5)Taoism
(2)God wants to answer every believers prayer(v.24)
(3)The type of prayer to be answered (Gods time schedule)
1)Instant answer(Daniel-the den of lions, Moses-the Red Sea)
2)Slow answer(God gave Isaac to Abraham 25years after his prayer for his own offspring)-so do not give up(Lk.18:1-8)
3)Answer after death(Joshua and Caleb after Mosess death conquered Canaan. Rome was gospelized 250 years after Pauls death)
4)No answer(God did not answer to Pauls prayer. 2Co.12:1-10)
5)Answer without praying(Mt.6:33, Eph.3:20) - give answers for us to save lives
2.Prayer is a spiritual science
(1)When we pray, Holy Spirit works on you
1)The thing that believers as the children of God communicate with God spiritually is a prayer
2)Lk.11:13, Ac.1:4-5 God said that he will give Holy Spirit to the one who asks for anything
3)Life has every limit and God promised the filling of Holy Spirit
(2)When Holy Spirit works, devil spirit will be driven away
1)Mt.12:28-29 It is obvious there is strong figures, which we must break down
2)Heb.1:14, 2Ki.19:35, Rev.8:3-5 When we pray, angels run errands
3)Est.4:14 When we pray, every environment changes
Conclusion: If we know that prayer is a blessing, we must pray with sincere heart. However, we already have some part hardened in our mind that stop us to pray. We must check ourselves whether there is something that capture us and change ourselves by coming into the life of evangelist, todays words, prayer, and evangelism. We must change these my spiritual states. Change spiritual status by keeping enjoying 24 hour gospel.
